• What we do: Top Block converts rough notes into suggested NCOER/OER bullets using AI. We store your saved bullets and settings locally on your device.
• Data we collect:
  • User content you submit for generation (notes + options) is sent to the OpenAI API for processing.
  • Local data: saved bullets and settings stored on your device via SwiftData. We do not sync or transmit this local data.
• We do NOT collect: account info, analytics, advertising data, or precise location.
• Sharing: Your input for generation is shared with OpenAI solely to produce results. We do not sell or share data for advertising.
• Retention: Local data stays on your device until you delete it. OpenAI may retain submitted content for a limited period per their policies (for abuse monitoring) unless governed by a no-retention agreement.
• Security: HTTPS for API calls. Avoid entering classified or sensitive personal information.
• Your choices: Don’t enter sensitive info; delete saved bullets in-app; uninstall to remove local data.
